CZTV has own forge facility capable of manufacturing our entire line of forged steel valve products, forged steel fittings, and other tailormade forging parts. The cover an area is about 2000m2. Cutting equipment, Heat treatment furnace, forging press, punch press, shot blasting machine etc. are contained in this facility. The capability for forging press is up to 2,000 tons of forge strike force. Our own forging plant give the client a planning flexibility for shorter delivery.

Forged parts with many kinds of material including Monel, Inconel etc. special alloy can be supplied. The forging can be valve products or other tailormade parts as clients’ request. All forged parts will be supplied per indicated material standard with heat treatment and shot blasting.
